Returns Policy

Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to an error on our part (like receiving an incorrect or defective item, etc) we will also pay the return shipping costs.

Your refund should arrive within four weeks of returning your package, however, you will most likely receive a refund more quickly. The time it takes to receive your refund includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). 

To return an item, all you need to do is login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Once we have received and processed the returned item, we will notify you via e-mail of you refund. 


We can ship to virtually any address in the USA, with certain restrictions on some products.

Upon placement of an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on availability of items and whatever shipping option you chose. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Take note that shipping rates for many of our items are weight-based, and the item's weight can be found on its detail page. All weights will be rounded up to the next full pound in order to reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use.

Shipping Offers

Any shipping promotions offered through ESRprecision Products are applicable only to orders within the contiguous United States. All other orders are subject to standard shipping rates based on location and carrier rates.

Refund Policy

  • Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags included.
  • Once your return is received and inspected by ESRautocare (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
  • For wire transfer payments, all refunds will be issued to store credit.
  • You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our Port Orange FL warehouse, unless otherwise noted.
  • If product(s) are not in brand new, unused condition, including packaging, a restocking fee may be applied based upon the condition of the item(s). The restocking fees will be applied and communicated once item(s) have been returned and inspected by ESRautocare staff.
